pending nozzle rim tankcar gasket was designed to provide our customers with
extreme superior sealing advantages expected by the Association of American
Railroads Standards. The design of the nozzle rim gasket offers several major key
advantages over the current snap in and or rim-fit gaskets. Our gasket offers
the tightest leak-proof seal in the Railcar Industry, and with supervised
inspections after each trip, this same gasket could provide many on-going
leak-free opportunities. We offer a variety of elastomeric compounds
(Nitrile, EPDM & Viton®) with several color pigments (White, Black,
Brown & Green) depending on the customer's specific chemical applications.

A unique high
performance compressed gasket material for use in process piping and equipment
in chemical, pulp and paper, power generation and other general industrial
applications with demanding service conditions up to 800°F or 1500 psi.
This material has been developed to give superior performance on steam. A
release agent on both sides ensures good anti-stick properties.
